Nestled in the heart of Sussex is the historic town of Lewes and after having a crazy month at work I couldn't wait to venture out with my OM-D. The forecast for Sussex was a mixed bag of sun, cloud and heavy rain but with the OM-D weather sealing the only thing I was thinking about was cloud formation. Whilst I love the E-M1 I, still find myself reach for my E-M5 for street work and it came into it's own today. Walking through the narrow street's and shops I snapped away without anyone realising I was capturing the moment.
The image below was captured walking across the bridge into the heart of Lewes. Harvey's, Sussex oldest independent brewery dating back to 1790 is still brewing traditional beers which is featured in all the quant local pub's in the surrounding area.
Walking into one of the towns antique shops, I was able to walk around with the E-M5 capturing the local antiques on sale without drawing attention. The image below was capture OOC with the Olympus 17mm f/1.8 which is an amazing piece of glass. Bright, sharp and beautifully constructed.
